They started their real estate business in 1997 after a decade of success in broadcasting, where they teamed-up to produce and host several local TV news and interview programs. They have real estate offices in the heart of historic downtown Colorado Springs and downtown Florence, CO in Fremont County. Sylvia's focus on integrity and her commitment to serving every individual equally has resulted in a business based almost entirely on past client referrals. Sylvia was raised on a farm in northern Minnesota and earned a BA in Journalism at the University of MN.
