SentriLock Conversion – Lockbox Reconciliation
Supra Lockbox Owners:
Earlier this week, you received an email from RSC
requesting that you go into the
Agent Console and review
the list of serial numbers currently assigned to you. Within the Agent
Console you are asked to provide a count of lockboxes that are in your
possession AND are also on your inventory list. If necessary, you may print
the serial number list, verify your lockboxes, then re-enter the Agent
Console to provide the count. Only
lockboxes that are assigned to you and in your possession will be eligible
for exchange during the conversion October 27-30, 2015.
If you have already done this, we appreciate you
having taken the time to provide this important information. If you have
not, remember that this must be done no
later than September 18, 2015.
Based on your feedback, a
new feature has been added within your Supra Lockbox Report.
If you have a lockbox that is not assigned to you,
you may now search for the owner of that
lockbox. Just login to Agent Console, open your
Supra Lockbox Report, scroll to the bottom of the page, and use the Keybox
Search to lookup the owner of record.
If you have purchased lockboxes
from another member, remember that a
Transfer Form must be completed and signed by both parties and returned
to PPAR by September 18, 2015.
The Agent Console is located on the left side of the
PikesPeakRSC.com webpage. Use your Matrix login and password.
Thank you for your cooperation
LOCK BOX AND KEY EXCHANGE
The RSC Board of Directors has selected SentriLock
to replace the current Supra lock box and key system. The SentriLock system
offers these features to enable listing agents and buyer agents to conduct
showings more efficiently:
The keypad is on the lock box.
The user may access the lock box via an
iPhone/Android phone or a plastic SentriCard.
The system allows the user to assign a “Day
Code” to brokers or appraisers that do not participate in PPMLS and home
The lock box and key conversion is scheduled for
the week of October 26-30, 2015. The association will provide a
“one-for-one” exchange for lock boxes assigned to current PPMLS key users.
Old Supra keys, cradles and lock boxes will need to be returned as part of
In the coming weeks an information packet will be emailed to you that will
provide not only an inventory list of lock boxes that are assigned to you,
but also instructions on what you need to do to prepare for the conversion
and what to expect at the conversion.
Despite the additional functionality, the proposed cost of the SentriLock
system was very competitive and comparable. The Directors are still working
on the member pricing information; it will be available later in August.
