PPAR.com
Rental Searches – To assist
those who may need to locate rental housing as a
result of the Black Forest fire, a new search
field, Minimum Lease Term, has been added to the
“For Rent” search on ppar.com. As an example, if
you input “6” the system will retrieve property
matches of six or less months in the Lease Term
Minimum field.
PPMLSAnywhere.com – Anywhere
allows you to search for limited listing
information from the Metrolist and IRES MLS
systems, as well as Pikes Peak. When using the
standard version (not mobile) of Anywhere, you
now have the option to create a Saved Search
with automatic Prospecting notifications. It’s
easy to use; just create a search, click on the
“Save Search” button, and then follow the
instructions on each page. (Note: when searching
the Pikes Peak listings remember that the
Anywhere saved searches are not integrated with
the PPMLS Tempo5 or Fusion saved searches.)
ISP Black
Lists - From time to time,
Internet service providers such as AOL, Comcast,
etc., put MarketLinx on their bulk senders black
list, temporarily preventing system-generated
email from reaching the recipient. To help keep
MarketLinx systems off these black lists, it is
very important that Tempo5 and Fusion users do
not “Mark as Spam” or “Mark as Junk” any email
messages that they no longer want to receive,
such as prospect email they’ve copied to
themselves or any notifications regarding
undeliverable mail. To prevent system-generated
messages from being put on a black list, the
messages should be deleted and never marked as
spam or junk.
