I've been a Realtor since 1988 in Colorado Springs. Prior to that, I taught business management courses at The University of Maryland, Troy State University , City Colleges of Chicago , Southern Baptist College, and Georgia Military College. My Master's Degree is in Business Management from the University of Arkansas. My Bachelor's Degrees are in Legal Studies, Summa Cum Laude (2008) and in Sociology with Minors in Political Science and Spanish. I studied German, French, and Japanese at the University of Maryland and even took a course in Russian from Troy State University while we lived overseas before we took a trip to Moscow and Leningrad. I began teaching at the university level in 1976 shortly after receiving my Master's Degree. I taught Business Law for four semesters as my introduction to college teaching. Additional business courses I taught include: Introduction to Business, Personnel Management, Organization and Management, Business and Society, Women as Managers, Computer Applications in Business, Marketing, Personal Financial Management, and Organizational Theory. I managed the overseas program on Guam for the University of Maryland for several years. I teach Real Estate Law, Contracts, Closings, Trust Accounts, Practical Applications, Legal Issues, Brokerage Administration, and Colorado mandated Continuing Education for Kaplan Professional Schools at the local Real Estate College. I've been teaching real estate since 1994. I'm originally from St. Louis. My husband served 23 years in the US Air Force as a B-52 Radar Navigator, F-4 Navigator, Command Post Emergency Actions Officer, and World-wide Exercise Planner. We love to travel and have visited six of the seven continents. We lived in Germany for six years.
