MLS# 123456 IS NOT A REAL LISTING:
Please do not call Sheila Wijfjes or the REIS office about MLS# 123456. It is not a real listing!
The July 5, 2005 PPMLS Update had two articles;
MLS# 123456 was just an “example” used to demonstrate the email which you will receive IF you have a listing that appears to be in violation of the WC policy. Should you have an actual violation, you will be sent a courtesy email with the following in the subject line of the email: “PPMLS Canceled Listing “Warning”.
