Enhancements

·       New Field – Sale Conditions – RES, INC, LND, FRM

1.      All Fields Download – Field is not appended to the end of file, is positioned before Sold Price

This new field will allow you to specify information such as "As Is", "VA Repo", "Bank Owned", "See Medial Link", etc.  If you have listings with one or more of the conditions listed under the Sale Conditions field, we encourage you to update your listing so that other agents will find it as a match when they search on this new field.

Changes to how Data Fields and Labels are Displayed

·       Add/Edit and Reports – RES, INC, LND, FRM, COM, MUL, RES

o       Selling Incentives - label has been changed to Incentives and field size has been increased to allow up to approximately 75 characters.

·       Status Change/Price Page

o       Label for Withdrawn has been changed to: Change to Withdrawn from MLS/Listing Still Valid
o       Label for Canceled  has been changed to: Change to Canceled/Listing Agreement Terminated

·       Customer Report(s) – Earnest Money Holder has been removed from displaying

FIXES

·       Open House - Open House Remarks are displaying correctly.
·       Custom Search - Address field - System is no longer removing the space in between a 2 word street name.
·       Zone Entity - Calhan, Simla and Park County have been added to the select list.

• 1-Line Summary, 2-Line Summary, Medium, Short, CMA Quick/Stats -REN – Lease Rate is now displaying.

·       CMA Wizard - Page Headings and Status Columns for Cancelled and Under Contract Listings have been corrected.
·       CMA Wizard – Suggested List Price is no longer rounding.
·       Long Report(s) – Word “nope” no longer displaying above Exclusions
·       Add/Edit – RES and REN – Extra commas added after value in Bath Types are no longer being counted in bath total.
