NOT ALL NEIGHBORHOODS HAVE BEEN INCORPORATED:

• One of our participating brokers has asked that we remind members that not all neighborhoods within the Colorado Springs metro area have been incorporated into the city. 
• Especially because of issues surrounding water rights, be careful when submitting information for the following fields:

1.       Zoning Entity:  could be County instead of City

2.       Existing Water:  could be Association/District instead of Municipal

3.       Streets Description:  could be County Road instead of City/Town Road
