• Book Statistics (Sales) – When PPMLS converted to the TEMPO™ system in September 2004 the Area statistics were not available.  RSC staff now has the ability to generate monthly, quarterly, and Year-To-Date book statistics.  The period from September 2004 through December 2005 has now been updated and posted to the http://members.ppar.com  site under Quick Links. 

• Book Statistics (New Listings) – Starting with January 2006 the New Listing statistics will be posted along with the Sales statistics.

• January 24 “Publish” – Thanks to the cooperation between our vender MarketLinx, the staff, and our members, the number of outstanding issues from the September 2004 TEMPO™ conversion as been reduced to just a handful.  The next Publish scheduled for January 24 will include several programming fixes.  In addition, this Publish will also include two new Email functionalities that are now included in TEMPO™.

• Email Interface – Tired of just being stuck with the “vanilla” version of email in TEMPO™?  Now you have the option to enhance the look of TEMPO™ emails with new editing tools.  Choose font style, color, size, plus italic, bold, bullets, and even spell check! 

• Email Opt Out – Have you ever added yourself to an email distribution list, and then later wanted to get off the list?  Yes-we all have and sometimes it is not an easy process.   With their commitment to help manage “spam”, MarketLinx has introduced a new component in the TEMPO™ system that will allow consumers to “opt out” of receiving TEMPO™ email and auto Prospect notices set up by their agent and thus comply with federal law.  The agent is notified of the opt out.  When necessary, the agent may opt a client back in.
