Popup Blockers and the PPMLS Tempo System    03/23/2006

 

How to Allow Pop-Up Windows in the PPAR and the PPMLS Tempo systems:

 

Have you recently encountered the following problems:

  • Creating a CMA Wizard and the report window won't load.

  • CMA Wizard window loads but the only verbiage that display is:  Loading

  • No reports from the Report Functions box will load.

Possible Culprits could be:

  • Yahoo Toolbar

  • Google Toolbar

  • Upgrade to Adobe 7.0 or Java updates from Sun have automatically installed the Yahoo Toolbar

      Solution:  Enable MLS related pop-ups by using a "white-list" technique.

To help you identify the presence of a pop-up blocker, RSC has installed a pop-up blocker detection program on the PPAR web sites.  You will see the following message in a red block located in the upper left-hand corner of the page:

 

You  may have a popup blocker running.  Please disable/turn off before logging into the PPMLS/PPAR web pages.  Click here for more info.
