UNDERSTANDING BATHROOMS:
Understanding how bathrooms
are displayed in the PPMLS
Tempo system is easy if you
break it into these three
sections.
1. ADD LISTING:
Type Upper Bath:
T,5,H (separate values by a
comma, no space)
Type Main Bath: H
Type Lower Bath:
Type Basement Bath: T
Rough-Ins:
-
The user should
input values for
each question using
the choices: 5 (5
piece), F (Full), T
(3/4), H (Half), and
R (Rough-in).
-
For example, on the
Type Upper Bath the
user may put
T,5,F
representing one
3/4, one 5-piece,
and one full bath
2. AUTO-CALCULATIONS BY
PPMLS TEMPO:
-
As
part of the Add Listing
function the PPMLS Tempo
system will then
calculate totals for
each level.
-
In the example
above, PPMLS Tempo
would calculate that
there are a total of
3 bathrooms on the
Upper Level. These
totals are viewable
in the Edit function
-
PPMLS
Tempo will also
auto-calculate the
total types of
bathrooms. In the
example above it would
calculate a total of two
3/4 bathrooms. This
information is also
viewable in the Edit
function.
-
The system will not
allow you to edit the
fields that are
auto-calculated!
3.
PPMLS TEMPO PRINTOUTS:
-
When a user prints
out a listing, PPMLS
Tempo will combine
the information for
the total for
each level and
the type for each
level.
Therefore, you will
see something like:
Upper: 3 T5F.
Underneath it will
also display the
total types of
bathrooms, such as
3/4: 2.
-
MLS#546915
for example, shows
Baths: 5.
-
There are 3
baths on the
Upper level (one
3/4, one
5-piece, and one
Full).
-
There is one
bath on the Main
level (one
Half).
-
There are no
baths on the
Lower level (0
N).
-
There is one
bath in the
Basement (one
3/4).
-
There is no
Rough-Ins
-
There is one
5pc, one
Full, two 3/4,
and one Half.
