System problems
would include:

The PPMLS Tempo
System login
page is not
available.

The
PPAR email
server is down.

When
you attempt to
log in to the
PPMLS Tempo
System and you
get SERVICE NOT
AVAILABLE, OR
SERVLET 550
ERROR.

You can log into
the PPMLS Tempo
System, but the
black navigation
bar is missing.

When access to the
PPAR web pages or
Tempo System is
unavailable on
Saturday or Sunday,
contact the RSC
on-call support by
sending an email to
pparweekends@yahoo.com.
The email should
include a detailed
description of the
problem.

Do not use
pparweekends@yahoo.com
for any other
purpose than to
report that the
PPAR or PPMLS
Tempo systems
are down. This
mailbox is only
monitored on
Saturday and
Sunday.
PPMLS "BACK DOOR" ACCESS:
-
When the normal PPMLS
Tempo System login page
is unavailable, the RSC
staff may direct you to
another URL to access
the Tempo system.
Typically, you will be
routed to
ppmls.marketlinx.com.
The system will
automatically assign
your login to one of
three MarketLinx servers
which are in rotation.
However, if one of the
servers is offline you
may be routed to an
individual server such
as
ppmlsweb1.marketlinx.com,
ppmlsweb2.marketlinx.com,
or
ppmlsweb3.marketlinx.com.

Please do not bookmark
these URLs to access the
PPMLS as they are
subject to change.

It is always best
to access PPMLS through
the PPMLS Tempo System
login page where you
will see important
announcements about the
PPMLS.
