RSC REMODEL NOTES:
- RSC office spaces will be remodeled
during August and September.
- During the remodel, RSC classes will be
held in the PPAR Conference room on the
first floor of the PPAR Building at 430 N.
Tejon St. Classes will be lecture style.
- The Resource Center will be closed
during the remodel. One temporary computer
station will be set up in the PPAR office on
the first floor starting Wednesday, July
27.

“WARNINGS”:
- RSC will send “warning” emails for PPMLS
Rules Violations.
- Violation emails are sent to the listing
agent, with copies to the DR or Office
Manager. Emails are sent to the ppar.net
address and if available, the email is also
sent to the Tempo email address.
- Violation emails can also be sent to
office Broker Load staff provided there is a
Tempo email address on file. Broker Load
staff (those with access level BL or HB)
should go to Tempo, and at “My Page” access
“Information” and insert their email
address.
- DR’s and Office Managers must notify the
RSC when their Broker Load staff leaves
their office so that their access to PPMLS
and violation emails can be discontinued.
