Ensure that your Listing Gets Mapped
Zip Codes and Geo-coding  

  •  An incorrect Zip code in the listing information will prevent the listing from being geo-coded.  Without a geo-code the listing will not be found when a user does a map search. 
  •  To verify that you have a correct zip code when you are adding a listing in the "long form", click on the hyperlink found at the top of the page - PPMLS Add/Edit Help Page. Go to Zip Code Search.  Enter the listing address information.  The correct zip code will be returned.

New Housing developments  

  • If you have entered a listing that is in a new housing development and the listing didn�t map, call PPMLS Tech Support at 719-635-5040 and ask to have the listing manually geo-coded.

List Date Checker  

  • When a listing is added or copied the system will now perform a "date check" on the List Date.  The purpose of this check is to help ensure that the correct List Date is entered for the listing.  Remember - the PPMLS Rules require that the listing be submitted within 72 hours (3 business days) of the time that the seller has signed the agreement.  
  •  The List Date in Tempo corresponds to the "Begin" or "Effective" date on the listing agreement.  This may be different from the current date that you are actually entering the listing into Tempo.  
  •  If there is a difference of more than six (6) days between the entered List Date and the current date, the user will receive a pop-up message.  
  •  The user should confirm the List Date.  If it was correctly entered, simply click on "OK" to continue. 
  •  If the List Date needs to be corrected, then click on "Cancel" and the system will allow you to enter a new List Date.
Tempo Side Bar  
  •  Track Prospect information under Prospect Watch  
  •  View listings that were sent to clients via either the Client Web or Customer Reports.  Just click on the hyperlink to the right of the Prospect to view either the Client Web or Customer Report. 
  •  Track your Inventory under Inventory Watch. 
  •  Keep track of all listings and their current status.  
  •  Add your favorite Links under My Links.  
  •  Access your favorite links while still doing work in the Tempo system.  
  •  Quick and Easy access to MLS help pages and other Real Estate specific links under MLS Links  
  •  Examples are County Assessor sites, Tempo Tips,  Property Description Remarks Scrubber, PPMLS Help Page.
    How to do you get there?
    • To the left of your screen you will see 4 little triangles. Click on one of those triangles to get started.  To close the Side Bar, just click on a triangle to close.
