Application Changes
· Price changes under $500.00 will no longer generate a Prospect/Client Web Auto-notify email or a Hotsheet update

1 Date check on new listings. If the list date is 6 days from the current date, the system will generate a message that the list date is not within the Rules and Regulations. It will allow the user to continue using the date entered, or to cancel and change the list date.

· Section 1. LISTING PROCEDURES: All Exclusive Right to Sell, Lease, or Exchange Listings of real and personal property taken by a participant in the PPMLS under a Colorado real estate broker’s license must be submitted to the PPMLS within 72 hours (excepting weekends, holidays, and postal holidays) after the signatures of seller(s) or lessor(s) have been obtained or received by the listing broker or in accordance with the terms of the agreement, subject to office exclusive provisions.

· On CMA Quick Report, CMA Statistical Report, CMA Wizard Print Summary and CMA Wizard Report an additional disclaimer will display/print that reads: Notice: The preparer of this evaluation is not registered, licensed or certified as a real estate appraiser by the state of Colorado.

1 Removal of banner from the Public Search Site
2 Recurring job that will delete incomplete listings that are over 30 days old.
Fixes

Fax in and Media upload functionality as been tweaked to hopefully fix some of the pending document issues.
FRM - Basement Sq Ft displaying correctly on Long, Agent and Customer reports.
COM - Syntax Error when searching on both Leased and Sold Status together.
FRM – Total Acres field now accommodates large acreage.
Prop Object Error – Button on page will allow user to go back and re-save As Active and retain all data entered.
RES and REN – Conditional requirement of Unit Description, Complex, Management Company and Management Phone has been removed if Property Type = Patio Home
Date check on listings being marked as Canceled has been fixed. No longer looking at list date
Default Tickler message in Client Web setup has been edited to read “4 times a day” instead of “every night”
Short and Customer Short Report through Quick Search/ALL will now print 4 listings per page if the listings are across multiple Categories, they are unable at this time to change in MLS# Search as this is standard Tempo Code.
LND – Custom Search – Nearest town select box is displaying the correct values
COM, MUL, BUS, - Quick Search – When searching on TCR area = CBD, it will not return values where TCR area = CBDF.
Quick Search – ALL – Category = COM, Search Results now displays Price for all listings
