Intro to PPCIE/CSCP  (1 CE credit)
(Class is Required for CSCP Participants)
CSCP is the Colorado Springs Commercial Properties system.
Learn  how to Add and Edit Listings, perform Searches, save Searches,
email and catalog your listings.  You will learn how to create and edit
your professional profile.

TEMPO™ Custom Search/Report/CMA Wizard  (1 CE credit)
Custom Search/Custom Report/CMA Wizard - Learn how to set up and save searches that use fields not available in Quick Search.  Learn how to rerun these saved searches using Reported Date.  Learn how to create a Custom one-line Report.  Use Download to export data into a spreadsheet.  Learn how to use the CMA wizard program to create CMA reports. Prerequisite:  Must attend the PPMLS Intro Class.

More detail on how to set up a Prospect for Auto-Notify or New, Back on Market or Price changed Listings that match the clients's search criteria.  How to set up a personal Client Web page for each of your prospects. Prerequisite:  Must attend the PPMLS Intro Class.
