PPMLS Tempo system) - $240

If documented, this violation will result in an automatic fine of 6
months times the current PPMLS Participation Fee (6x$40=$240) assessed to
the Designated REALTOR®.
Please note that for listing violations, a “courtesy warning” is sent to the
listing broker at their ppar.net mailbox.
Check your ppar.net mailbox (or forward to another mailbox) on a daily
basis to ensure that you respond to a courtesy warning within the allotted time.
STATUS CHANGE TO WC AND NEW LISTING
ENTERED - $100

Agent (and also DR, Office Manager, and Broker Load Secretary) will be sent
a “courtesy warning” email with a request for written documentation sighed
by seller authorizing the cancellation of the listing agreement, as well as
a copy of the new listing agreement that was entered within 30 days
of cancellation.

If documentation is not provided within 5 business days a $100 fine will be
assessed to the listing broker.
FAILURE TO REPORT SALES INFORMATION WITHIN THE 72-HOUR REPORTING PERIOD- $100

assessed to the listing broker.
FAILURE TO GIVE NOTICE OF STATUS CHANGE
- $100 FINE OR LISTING WITHDRAWN

If the listing broker fails to give notice of a status change or contingency
(or removal thereof) within the 72-hour reporting period, a “courtesy
warning” will be emailed to listing agent.

If update or correction is not made within 5 business days, then the
listing will be withdrawn from the PPMLS until the change has been made.
If the listing is already in an off-market status, then a $100 file
will be assessed.
DELETION OF UNAUTHORIZED TEXT

If unauthorized text appears in the Property Description Remarks or other
free-text field a “courtesy warning” will be emailed to listing agent (and
also DR, Office Manager, and Broker Load Secretary) stating that the
unauthorized text was removed from the field.
