NEW FEATURES ADDED TO REALIST COUNTY RECORDS 12/26/2007

The Realist product has been upgraded to include several new features:

• Foreclosure Flag - Properties with some type of foreclosure activity are searchable and flagged to enable users to link directly to detailed foreclosure reports.

• Neighborhood Profile Report - Users may obtain information on demographics, schools, and businesses within a certain distance from a subject property.

• Intelligent Mapping - Users can use polygon, rectangle and radius searches to obtain Realist maps with streets, aerial views, and parcels (when available from the county), with Identity and Label overlays.
