A cover
sheet printed out of the PPMLS
must be the first page of every fax. These
have bar codes that assign the document to the listing. |
 |
Never write on the cover
sheet. |
 |
Be sure the paper is aligned
correctly (straight) when printing the cover sheet. If the paper
is slightly crooked, the bar codes may be distorted enough to
not be readable. |
 |
Be sure the fax machine is
pulling in the documents straight. |
 |
Fax each document separately
(entire document, not each page). Do not stack them and fax at
one time. |
 |
Allow up to 4 hours for the
computer to attach the document to your listing. |
 |
Never re-use a cover sheet -
even for the same document and listing. |
 |
If you have to re-fax in a
document, delete the document that is pending and print out a
new cover sheet.
|
 |
This is a fully automated
system. A computer reads your cover sheet and assigns it to the
listing. No one at the RSC office sees your fax. |
