PPMLS Tempo® System programming "Publish" for December 15, 2009. Updates/changes listed below:

Add/Edit

Status Changes: To help alleviate confusion when using WC or W statuses, the RSC Board of Directors has recommended the following listing status code changes. Affected listings will be automatically updated when the publish is installed.
- Status Withdrawn Cancelled (WC) has been changed to Cancelled (C). Add/Edit screens and reports will display this change. This represents a listing agreement that has been cancelled prior to the expiration date.
- Status Withdrawn (W) has been changed to Temporarily Withdrawn (TW). Add/Edit screens and reports will display this change. This represents a listing that has been temporarily withdrawn from the PPMLS (The listing may still be valid).
- Status Active 1st Right of Refusal (A#) has been changed to Act 1st Rgt/UC Short Sale (A#).
New fields: NAR has specific rules with respect to how listings may be posted on the Internet. These three fields will be added to PPMLS to comply with NAR's IDX and VOW policies (Sections 18 and 19 of the PPMLS Rules)
- Display listing on VOW (Virtual Office Website) (Yes or No) (Default is Yes)
- Display w/ Public Comments/Blog (Yes or No) (Default is No)
- Display w/Public Auto Valuation (Yes or No) (Default is No)

Search/Reports

New CMA Wizard program. This new version of CMA Wizard contains background templates, gives user the ability to remove pages from CMA report and various other new features. (Existing CMA Wizards will be migrated over.)
New Open House program. This is a completely new Open House program that adds much more flexibility and features when searching Open Houses. (Existing Open Houses will be migrated over).
Occupied - removed from Customer and Client Web (Prospect) reports.
