Our PPAR Member Roster has been improved! The Roster has always been a handy reference tool to quickly obtain office and agent contact information or to get the Office ID or Agent ID needed to submit your Sold listing information. Now you have the ability to add your personal photo and a biography to the Roster file.

Our PPAR Member Roster is available to consumers on www.ppar.com. A consumer may search the Roster to obtain office and REALTOR® contact information and to view your REALTOR® photo and bio.

Currently, any photo in the roster is being used in ppar.com. However, effective December 15, 2009, we have new guidelines for photos to be displayed on ppar.com: "portrait" orientation; a head, or head-to-torso shot of the individual member only; no text or graphic overlays. Group shots, children, pets, etc. are not accepted in ppar.com.

To upload (or replace) a photo and/or bio into the eCommerce membership system is very easy. Click here for instructions.

To make it even more convenient to submit your ppar.com agent photo, PPAR is offering a free "Photo Clinic" on the following days and times in the PPAR Conference room. PPAR staff will be available to take a digital head shot suitable for your ppar.com agent photo and will then upload it into the eCommerce system for you. (Walk-ins only. First come, first served.)

• Friday, November 20: 10:00 a.m. - noon

• Tuesday, November 24: 1:00-3:00 p.m.

• Thursday, December 3: 1:00-3:00 p.m.

• Friday, December 4: 10:00 a.m. - noon

• Tuesday, December 8: 1:00-3:00 p.m.

• Wednesday, December 9: 10:00 a.m. - noon

The PPAR Member Roster information is also used for:

• The "Full Listing" view of listings that appear on ppar.com.

• The free, random REALTOR® "Featured Member" ad that appears before a search is initiated on the PPAR Member Roster (a photo is required to be featured).

• The email address in the "Email This REALTOR®" link on your ppar.com listings, the Find a REALTOR® button, and the ppar.com Roster Search (all use the email address which displays on the PPMLS or CSCP listings).

When someone has accessed your Full Listing on ppar.com and submits an email inquiry you will receive an email with this Subject line:

• PPAR Public Search: Request for more information on MLS# xxxxxx

When someone sends a ppar.com listing to a friend, the friend will receive an email with this Subject line:

• PPAR.com Home Finder Property Information for MLS# xxxxxx

When someone sends you an email that originates from the PPAR Member Roster, you will receive an email with this Subject line:

• Inquiry from PPAR.com Member Roster
