SUPRA ANNOUNCEMENT CONCERNING THE DISPLAY KEY AND WINDOWS 7

Beginning October 22, 2009 Windows 7 will be widely available for purchase as an upgrade or on newly purchased systems.
The DisplayKEY is compatible with Windows 7. Most agents update their DisplayKEY using the telephone line cradle. These agents are not affected by Windows 7.
However, a minority of agents update their DisplayKEY through a USB connection on their PC. Those agents will need to reinstall the USB Drivers for the DisplayKEY.
