RENTAL PROPERTIES:

• A picture is worth 1000 words. Many prospective buyers or renters don't even consider a listing when there is no photo.
• The Rental section is the 3rd most popular search on www.ppar.com.
• Approximately 20-25% of rental properties in PPMLS do not have a photo! Could that translate into lost opportunities?
• Please be sure to input your Rentals and include at least the "primary" photo showing the exterior of the property.

  LOCK BOX AND KEY SYSTEM:

• RSC operates the Supra common lock box and key system as an activity of RSC.
• Use of other systems, such as combo boxes, are not eligible for coverage under NAR's blanket Errors and Omissions Insurance Program.
• A Programmer Key/Keypad is issued to an individual Participant and is not to be loaned to another licensee, a personal assistant or anyone else.  Unauthorized use is subject to a $240 fine for each occurrence.

   DON'T OVERLOOK FAN AND MRK AREAS:

• When doing searches and setting up a Prospect or Client Web, remember that two new MLS Areas were added in January 2009.
• MRK covers the area east of Marksheffel, west of Meridian, south of Woodman, and north of Drennan.
• FAN includes 19 sections from the southern part of Black Forest and two sections from FAL.
• A small, pocket-sized fold map that includes FAN and MRK is now available at PPAR for $2.02 each.
