***MEMBER ALERT ***

One of our members received a call yesterday from a male buyer looking for a piece of land in Woodland Park. He came to the office and picked up our agent in his grey SUV. He is tall, dark hair, and he is his 30s. He convinced the member to stop for lunch. It was there that he slipped her a drug and the rest of the story is not good. She ended up in the hospital for tests. The police are on it. Hopefully they can find this guy. She is ok but not happy with herself for letting her guard down. PLEASE, ladies, don’t meet or go and look at property alone with a stranger…..PLEASE…. Remember to get a copy of their drivers license, tell the front desk, but most of all, do not go alone.
