Atlas/book maps - These book maps have Top and Side
Coordinates, and MLS Area boundary lines, including the new
Area boundaries for FAN and MRK. Member cost is $15.59.

Fold Maps - MacVan fold
maps (with a grey cover). These maps do not have Area
boundaries. Member cost is $ 3.50.
CLIENT WEB – CUSTOMER INSTRUCTIONS:
The Tempo Client Web is a convenient way to allow your customers
to check for new or changed property listings that meet their
search criteria. To save you time explaining the program to your
customers, RSC has created an instruction sheet which you may
copy and mail to your customers. Go to www.pikespeakrsc.com,
then RSC Links, then #32.c.-Client Web Instructions.
Click on the white envelope and the link will open to your
default email program that includes the link to the
instructions. Insert your customer’s email address and send it.
WHEN TO CHANGE LISTING STATUS FOR A SHORT SALE/LENDER APPROVAL
LISTING:
PPMLS Rules and Regulations, Section 1.6.2
- Failure to Report a Status Change.
A failure to report the status change of a
listing within the 72 hour reporting period will be subject to
the requirements and potential fines set for in Section 9.1.1.2.
If a
purchase/sale contract has been signed by both the buyer and
seller, RSC will treat it as a binding
contract, and the listing status must be changed to UC or
P.
