A PPMLS Tempo® System programming “Publish” has been re-scheduled for January 27, 2009. Updates/changes listed below:

MLS Area Changes -  After the Publish: Please update your Custom Searches/Reports and Prospect searches to use the new/changed areas as applicable.

DEP: PPMLS area DEP (Douglas Elbert Parker) is being renamed to D/P since area Elbert already exists. Existing listings will be automatically changed to reflect the area name change. You must manually update your affected Custom Searches/Reports and Prospect Searches. New Areas: FAN (Falcon North) and MRK (Marksheffel). Current listings that are within the map coordinates of the new areas will automatically be changed over. You must manually update your affected Custom Searches/Reports and Prospect Searches. MRK-Marksheffel will cover the area east of Marksheffel, west of Meridian, south of Woodman (except for section 5312), and north of Drennan (including four sections formerly in F/V). FAN-Falcon North will include 19 sections from the southern part of Black Forest and sections 5312 and 4306 from FAL. BRI area expanded, current listings that are within the map coordinates of section 5306 will automatically be changed to BRI. Click here to view an online map of the new Area boundaries. School District changes - After the Publish: Please update your Custom Searches/Reports and Prospect searches to use the correct School District as applicable.

The PPMLS School District list has been updated to remove non-existent or incorrect choices. Existing listings will be automatically updated to the following School District:   Where your listing has: School District = Fairplay, changed to Park                                      School District = R-1, changed to Other                                      School District = Unknown, changed to Other                                      School District = R-2 and County is not Fremont, changed to Other                                      School District = R-2 and County is Fremont, changed to Florence Please check your listing and verify the School District is correct. You must manually update your affected Custom Searches/Reports and Prospect Searches.

Add/Edit

Appliances- added choice for Double Oven. Misc. Items-Residential, Rental-added choice for Elevators. Basement/Foundation-added choice for Not Applicable. Garage Type- changed Tandem 3-Car to Tandem.

Media

Primary Photo-anytime a new primary photo is set for your listing, the new primary photo will go through the Photo Review process. Photos will not show on the listing until reviewed.

Search/Reports

New report: Customer w/Photo/VTour - In response to member requests, RSC has added a new report. It's the same report as the Customer w/Photo except a link to Virtual Tours is included. (note: RSC does not scrub or review Virtual Tours. Therefore contact information maybe on the tour.) Custom Report-category All -Mandatory Disclosures field will be added to Custom Search and Custom Report. Property Description Supplemental Remarks field will be added to Custom Search. Optional Disclosures and Mandatory Disclosures fields are being added to the Client Web report and Customer reports (Customer w/Photo, Customer w/All Photos,  Customer w/photo/VTour). Custom Report and "All Fields" download - category Rental- these fields will be removed: Selling Agent ID, Selling Agent Name, Selling Agent Phone, Selling Broker ID, Selling Broker Phone, Selling Office Name. Appointment Contact will not display on reports if the Listing Agent and/or Listing Office is inactive for statuses Active, Active 1st Right, Under Contract, Pending or Withdrawn. One Line report - increase number of listings per page from 35 to approx. 45.

Mapping

PPMLS mapping is being updated to use Virtual Earth. You will now have similar mapping features used in the Realist tax program.

Non-Functional issues fixed

Custom Search will now allow you to rename a search using an existing search name. CMA Wizard - category Rental - will now calculate the Avg Adj Sales Price and Suggested List Price. CMA Wizard now will show adjustment for Fin SqFt for second property on report. Customer long reports will remain on the Reports Functions list after creating a Custom Report.
