December 9, 2008 to January 14, 2009. At that time the new

– When using the Tempo® Fax-In process,
sometimes users mistakenly fax the document to the RSC
office fax. As an alternative to using Tempo® Fax-In,
consider using a PDF file to upload the document to your
listing. See page 79.
- PROSPECTS and CUSTOM SEARCHES
– The financial, and consequently real estate markets
have been quite volatile. The qualifications or needs of
your buyers may change. Please keep your prospects and
custom searches updated, and delete obsolete ones. See
page 223.

and sometimes things get overlooked. The Tempo® system
Inventory Report will help you keep track of your
listings. See page 173. Please ensure that you follow
through and report listing changes. Failure to document
changes or not make the appropriate change may result in
