SHORT
SALE DISCLOSURE –
• The May 15 announcement informed brokers that with the June 10
Tempo programming “publish” the Sales Conditions data field would be
split into Optional Disclosures and Mandatory Disclosures.
• Since that time, RSC has received a number of calls and emails
from brokers that thought the announcement inferred that Short
Sales, for instance, never need to be disclosed.
• Please
click here for clarification on RSC policy concerning the
Optional and Mandatory disclosure fields.
CUSTOMER REPORT CHANGES –
• In response to current market conditions the RSC Board of
Directors, at their July 16, 2008 meeting, passed a motion that
would allow the Optional Disclosures and Mandatory Disclosures data
fields to appear on the Customer (with photos) Reports. The IDX data
feeds, and if possible, the Client Web pages, will also contain
these data fields. These changes are scheduled for the December 2008
Tempo programming publish.
REMINDERS –
•
FAX-IN: Ensure that you use the
Tempo-generated cover sheet, not your personal/office cover sheet,
and that all documents are right-side up, instead of up-side down.
•
REPLACE PRIMARY PHOTO: The
photo that is currently marked as “Primary Photo” cannot be deleted
until a new or different photo is set as the primary.
• PHOTO RESIZE: RSC has a quick, easy application to use to
resize large photos. This application is located on the
www.pikespeakrsc.com site in the Quick Links section.
• RE-ENTERED LISTINGS: Properties that are cancelled, and
then re-entered into the PPMLS system within 30 days by the same
broker, will receive a “courtesy warning” from the Violations
Monitor requesting a copy of the new listing agreement. These
re-entered listings also have a Cumulative Days on Market (CDOM)
which is the current DOM, plus the DOM of the previous listing.
