Do Not Call This is a reminder that telephone solicitations are subject to Colorado and federal law. If you engage in telephone solicitations, you need a Do-Not Call Policy. Click here for a generic Do Not Call Policy that real estate brokerages could use as a starting point. When preparing your own version, you should consult your legal counsel to be sure you are compliant, and your policy meets your specific needs. Relevant regulations and laws include, The Federal Communication Commission’s (FCC”) regulations, enacted pursuant to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991(“TCPA”) and the Colorado No-Call List Act C.R.S. §6-1-901 et seq.
