FLOOR PLAN AND LOWER LEVEL
� For
new listings entered, or existing listings changed, the system will
now check to ensure that if the Floor Plan selected is Ranch, 1.5
Story, 2 Story, or 3 Story, the values entered for Lower Level Sq Ft
and % Lower Level Finished are Zero (0). Please refer to the
House Measuring Guidelines. UNDER CONTRACT OR PENDING STATUS
- if the sales contract has been signed by both the buyer and the
seller, then PPMLS will treat it as a binding contract, and the
listing status must be changed to UC or P. If you have a
concern about a particular listing, then use the �Submit Violation�
link in the listing and the Violations Coordinator will research the
issue. REALIST
