NEW FEATURES COMING TO REALIST COUNTY RECORDS

• Foreclosure Flag � Properties with pre-foreclosure activity are flagged to enable users to link directly to detailed foreclosure reports.
• Neighborhood Profile Report � Users may obtain information on demographics, schools, and businesses.
• Intelligent Mapping � Users can use polygon and radius searches to obtain maps with streets, aerial views, and parcels (when available from the county), with MLS listing overlay.

      September 18, 2007 is the scheduled date for the next set of programming updates for the PPMLS Tempo� System.  Updates will include these changes:

• The TEMPO� Fax-In module has a new telephone number.  In conjunction with the Publish the Fax-In module will now be provided by MarketLinx (rather than a third party).  This Fax-In is reported to operate more reliably than the old one.  The new phone number will be posted on Publish day.
• The Million Dollar Club report has been renamed to �Volume Report.�  Also, the report has been revised so that each �side� of the transaction receives 100% instead of being split 50/50.
• A �Violation� link has been added to the Long and Agent Showing reports to enable you to quickly send an email to the Violations Coordinator if you suspect a listing violation.
• Original List Price has been added to the Long and Agent Showing reports.
• Sold Points Paid was removed from additional sold information.  (Include Points with Sold Concessions.)
• Type of Property on the Category 2-Income worksheet offers two new choices; SFH-Single Family Home, and SMF-Subdivided Multi-Family.
• Garage Type allows for more than one choice to be selected.
• Depending upon the choices selected for Basement/Foundation, Basement Square Feet and % Lower Finished are now required.
• Street Direction, Type, and Unit Number are added to the History Search.
