Create a list of common phrases from which the user can select and conduct a search.
 

For example, how would you search if your buyer needed some sort of assistance to be able to qualify for a home purchase?  Certainly you could try searching for “affordable”.  But what if the word was misspelled, or if there was a data entry error when the listing was input?  It would never be retrieved on an “affordable” search in remarks.
 

The SALE CONDITIONS field was created to help you search more efficiently.  In this instance, you would search on “Affordable Housing Subsidy Avail” to retrieve listings where the listing broker indicates that there is some type of assistance.  Additional information is often given in the Show/Agent Remarks.
 

When submitting a listing, please review the Sale Conditions field to see if any of the choices are applicable to your listing.  This could make the difference in whether your property comes up in a search results and gets shown!
